Dear Students, please note that the B.Sc. Year 1 clinical rotation at St. Joseph’s Multi-Specialty Hospital ICU Ward has been updated. The morning shifts will start exactly at 07:30 AM instead of 08:00 AM from next Monday. Please ensure you report to Mrs. Jessy Sebastian on time.

The college and administrative offices will remain closed on July 3rd, 2026, in observance of St. Thomas Day. Normal classes and hospital rotations will resume on the following day.

This is to inform all students and parents that the deadline for submitting the Year 1 Tuition Fees has been extended to November 15th, 2026. Late fees will apply after this date. Kindly complete the transactions online through the student portal or at the administrative counter.

All teaching faculty members are requested to attend a crucial review meeting regarding the NAAC accreditation criteria files. The meeting is scheduled for Wednesday at 02:00 PM in the Principal’s Conference Room. Please bring your subject logbooks and lesson plans execution sheets.

The schedules for the First Terminal Examinations starting October 15th, 2026, have been uploaded to the dashboard. Please verify the exam dates, timings, and seating arrangements. Hall tickets will be issued starting October 10th.

It is observed that some students are not fully adhering to the prescribed clinical uniform guidelines. Please wear the correct clinical scrub suits, white shoes, and name badges during all hospital postings. Tutors and clinical instructors are authorized to mark students absent if dress codes are violated.

The Mother Teresa Girls Hostel warden along with the campus warden will conduct a routine room safety and hygiene check this Friday evening. All students are requested to keep their rooms tidy and report any electrical maintenance requests beforehand.

Dear Faculty, please ensure that you submit the internal marks for the First Terminal Assessment to the exam cell by October 25th. All syllabus coverage reports must be logged in the lesson execution module.
